I have been in retail my whole life and this young man was exceptional with manners..service and attention. I was shopping with a 95 yo friend and as soon as he saw us waiting he jumped on the register...this young man dusplayed exceptional skills and needa to be commended .well done to you Chad ..you made my dear friends day!!!
