- Jenna Johnson Added December 14, 2019★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I apologize if I came across as unfriendly to you in the shop regarding your lack of wheelchair access. Part of my disability is in my voice making me sometimes sound severer than intended. But, as a wheelchair user, I will not ring beforehand just so you can open the rear door to allow me in. Being in a wheelchair is embarrassing enough, and you are not'appointment only' to your able bodied visitors, so why disabled people?
I like your shop, and your business. With three children I will likely be spending a lot of money at your shop.
Please capitalise on the demise of Birchalls and put in a ramp so everyone can easily access your wonderful store.
