  I believe I've heard that this is the most active McDonald's in the southern hemisphere! Overall the food is good and is quickly made. However, the drive-thru is often full, so wait times won't always be speedy.

  Drive through order is wrong 4 out of 5 times.
  Not sure if they have a new owner or new staff but it isn't working any more.
  Drive through staff always get the order correct but whoever is making it always seem to get something wrong.

  Picked up two sets of hotcakes at the drive-through, by the time I got back to my worksite and opened the bag found out that there were not packets of butter and no utensils at all. Couldn’t eat it with my hands

  Genuinely, everything we got across 3 meals was just inedible.
  
  Undercooked... everything. This was around noon on a sunday, it's not as if we were there at 11pm or something.
  
  Also, they burnt (see: blackened) a toastie, which is pretty impressive on one level, right?
  And yet on another, why would you actually try and pass it off as food to a customer?
  Are you thinking we simply wont look, or smell, or taste the food and want to get a refund?

  My food was cold enough that I went home and had to microwave it (I live less than a three minute drive), the burger was so poorly assembled that I'm certain a toddler could do a better job. Normally, I get fantastic food from this McDonald's but today has been nothing short of a complete and utter let down.
