- Rav1CK_0 S1LK Added December 18, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was chasing a copy of battlefield 4 premium edition , heard you could pick up the premium version for like $20.00 and they don't have any left in stock , I am a comp player of BF 4 and have got 3 copies that I have reached lvl 140 on all of them and have unlocked every attachment within the game and felt like playing again for a bit of fun but their website was down for maintanence and I asked if they could order one in for me from their wearhouse but the girl on the phone sounded like it was to much trouble for her to do for me , very disappointed with EB games in Launceston . Now if I had of been back in Melbourne , they would have bent over backwards for me to make ME , the customer happy be it either a $20.00 game or a $100.00 game very disappointed guys very disappointed , looks like you have lost my business forever , will be shopping at JB HIFI from now on as they always have PC games in stock and are willing to help at the drop of a hat . R.I.P EB games you have lost me and I will be spreading the word .
