    Tried to void warranty obligations.
    BIOS stated 'Case been opened' when new PC and not been accessed.
    I found Personal information (ISP addresses, MAC addresses) of 8 people that had been connected to my NEW pc via wifi.
    Putting complaint through Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading Tasmania.
