She had an adverse reaction to a vaccination recently, and when I rang to ask about her symptoms it was immediately identified and she was treated appropriately and quickly without fuss. Pepper was completely back to normal by the time we got home again! Very grateful and impressed.

They are very sensible but also mindful of costs for owners and families. Will definitely keep taking my pets here.

But l did have 2 other dog Maggie and Molly who have been going there for the past 8 years plus. But unfortunately they passed away this year.
I highly recommend Charles street vet the receptionist to vet nurses to the vets you can't go wrong.
They care for your pet just as much as you do.

When my family moved to Launceston 10 years ago with my Great Dane, I needed a clinic I could trust to be on call in case of an emergency. Not that I needed it in the end as he broke my heart and left this world in the middle of the day, but the team at the Animal Medical Centre made that process as gentle, respectful and beautiful as it could be. It’s been 6 years and we now have other dogs in our lives that all go to the Animal Medical Centre. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you to the whole team.
