    Service what service - The sales guy at Launceston was too busy chatting to a friend, We picked a tile and asked if it was in stock, he left came back said he had x number but would have to check other stores, he said "I could e-mail them to check there stock, we might get delivery by Friday" No once did you seem concerned enough to get his fat ass to the phone and make a simple call to see if there other stores had stock.. From now on its actually easier to order online from the Mainland at least they care.. maybe Tasmanian stores earn too much ?

    If I could give no stars I would. After saying that they had enough tiles for our job they sent us the wrong tiles after we have started. They didn't have enough tiles. Different batch they said one was smooth and shiny the other ruff and Matt. Just not good enough.

    Best tile shop in Tas, never had any issues with any of their tiles and customer service is second to none.
