  My experience:
  I booked in for a 90 minute massage to treat myself and to help me relax. What I experienced was the worst massage I have ever had.
  
  I had the older chinese lady whose English skills were less than adequate. I didn't feel nutured and cared for during the massage at all. It felt to me like I was being treated like an object.
  
  The skills used in this massage involved pressing really hard into my sore areas and then slapping all of my back.
  
  I decided to let this occur in thinking that maybe this special chinese technique will make me feel good a day later. I have never been so sore in my life.
  
  As a qualified massage therapist myself, I highly do not recommend this place if you are looking to relax, be treated with love and respect and to emerge feeling refreshed.

  We paid for a $20 massage neck and shoulder, I received the best massage ever, I was so impressed I hugged the lady. We need to support lovely people like this, she went far beyond, and I thank you. Yes there are times when it hurts on some pressure areas, but she was using acupressure point to address problem areas, she new exactly what she was doing. Wonderful and I will be back again.

  An older chinese lady softly rubbed my shoulder and neck with oil. I wanted a therapeutic massage but I did not get a proper massage. She had no idea. The massage shop should give this newer lady training to develop her skills. I've wasted my money. Her English speaking skills were not sufficiently adequate for this job.

  I had an agreed arrangement ( package deal ) going 3 times a week, management meaning the owner, attempted to change several times and further more, I had been going there for 1 month, 3 times a week and on last appointment before I decided big mistake. Boss didnt give what was agreed and then followed me to woolworths because i need to get cash to pay, treated like a criminal. She has no idea what customer service is about. Don’t waste your money or time. You have been warned
