  I had two Heat Pumps installed recently by Jordan and Lucy from Tones Electrical. Firstly, Jordan came and quoted the installs, he arrived on the day and time that was previously agreed, he was quick and his price was competitive. We agreed on a day for the install, when that day came, my son received a call from Jordan advising that they were running 5 (five) minutes late. (this is usually unheard of, actually receiving a call from a tradie advising that they would be late, let alone for just 5 minutes). Once they confirmed the details, Jordan and Lucy set about their task, they checked in at one stage when they had a concern, but other than that, they just went about their work. They were efficient, quiet and above all, clean. I had never seen a cleaner work area, once they were finished, they cleaned up all of their rubbish including all of those little plastic off cuts from the bared wire ends. They even charged the quoted price. Well done guys, we will use you again when required. Thank you.
